Sephora in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll be a beauty expert, teaching, inspiring, and connecting with customers in a diverse, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by achieving store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services providing makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu. Stay informed about trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and uphold health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards; follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
