Job summary

Sephora in Salem, NH is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time roles to engage clients with makeup, waxing, and beauty services. You’ll guide clients at the Beauty Studio, stay updated on trends, and help create a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Active state license to perform waxing, makeup, and false application services.
• 1–3 years’ experience in beauty or retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and stay informed about trends
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, health and safety protocols
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness
• Uphold Sephora standards and contribute to a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
