Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive store results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other Sephora services from the Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and hygiene standards, keeping licenses active and up to date.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote empowerment and belonging.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
