Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for our NH location. You will guide clients through makeup and waxing services, stay current on beauty trends, and deliver personalized service.

The role requires an active license, 1–3 years of related experience, and the ability to work a part-time schedule at 6 Main Street, Bedford, NH. Responsibilities include performing services, educating clients, maintaining licensure and hygiene, and promoting a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and related services in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals, providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services such as makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, secure, enjoyable shopping experience.
