Job summary

Sephora in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized beauty services, guide clients, and uphold Sephora standards in-store. You’ll help clients discover products, perform makeup, waxing and other services, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

Active state license for waxing, makeup services in the performing state.
1-3 years of experience in beauty retail or service roles.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and techniques.
Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
Team player in a collaborative, goal‑oriented environment.
Quick learner capable of absorbing product knowledge.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
Perform makeup, waxing and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
