Job summary

Qualifications

• Active state license for waxing, makeup services in the performing state.
• 1-3 years of experience in beauty retail or service roles.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player in a collaborative, goal‑oriented environment.
• Quick learner capable of absorbing product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and contribute to a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
