This role is part-time with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends. Successful candidates hold an active license for waxing, makeup, and lash services in Arizona, have 1–3 years of relevant experience, and can thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive team environment while upholding

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, health and safety protocols.
