Sephora in the Biltmore Fashion Park, Phoenix, seeks a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journeys at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll teach, inspire, and connect with customers through makeup, services, and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Keep licenses active and uphold health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays).
