Job summary

Sephora in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to work part-time and guide clients on the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll be a beauty expert, teaching, inspiring, and helping clients on their journey while delivering exceptional service.

Must have an active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state, with 1-3 years' experience in a retail or service environment, plus strong product knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Help achieve store goals by servicing clients and rebooking appointments.
• Stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
