Job summary

Sephora in Salem, NH is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor. You’ll guide clients at the Beauty Studio, perform makeup, waxing, and other services, and share product knowledge to empower shoppers.

Maintain licensure and hygiene, support a welcoming team, and be available for peak hours including nights and weekends. The role is part-time with flexible scheduling and a focus on inclusive service.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup and false lash services in the state where performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in beauty/retail service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
