Job summary

Sephora Mansfield Crossing is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to deliver makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu. You will educate clients on trends, maintain licensure and uphold hygiene, and ensure a safe, inclusive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in a similar role, strong knowledge of beauty products, and a passion for personalized client service. This part-time role requires reliability and flexibility for peak hours.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
