Sephora in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll perform makeup, waxing, and other services, stay updated on trends, and help clients find products that fit their needs.

This role offers part-time hours, requires active state licensure for waxing, makeup, and lash/false application, and values teamwork, reliability, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide and promote beauty services including makeup and waxing.
• Rebook clients for follow-up services and sell products.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
