Sephora Marina Square in San Leandro is hiring a Licensed Beauty Advisor to perform waxing, makeup, and other beauty services, guiding clients with product knowledge and trends. Maintain licensure and health/safety guidelines while delivering an inclusive shopping experience.

The role requires 1-3 years of service experience and strong beauty expertise, with flexibility for peak hours, including nights and weekends. Part-time availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by achieving store goals, servicing clients, and rebooking beauty services.
