You will educate clients on trends and products, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. The role supports flexible scheduling with weekend and peak-hour coverage.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are being performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through beauty services, servicing clients, and upselling products.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed on trends and products.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards; follow company policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
