Sephora Santa Anita is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio, providing makeup, waxing, and other services while promoting a welcoming shopping experience. The role emphasizes staying current with beauty trends, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining health and safety standards.

The position supports inclusive, collaborative teamwork with flexible scheduling and availability during peak retail hours.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by helping achieve store goals through beauty services, client servicing, and product sales.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and educate clients with product knowledge.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork to empower all associates.
• Uphold Sephora standards and follow company policies for a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
• Be flexible with scheduling and available during peak retail times.
