Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking a Licensed Barber in Reston, VA to join our Bubbles salons family. You’ll work in a high-traffic location with premium tools and a system that rewards performance through commissions and tips.

Expect 30+ hours with strong guest loyalty, potential for $45–$88+ per hour and annual earnings well over six figures with the 75% commission plan. We provide marketing support, education, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book! We’ll help you grow it AND your commission from day one.
