Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking licensed barbers in PA to join our fast-paced salons. Your chair, your income, with commission up to 75% and earnings potential of $45–$88+ per hour plus tips. We promote growth with an 8-level career ladder and a strong marketing engine to fill the chair from day one.

Must hold a valid barber or cosmetologist license and be authorized to work in the United States. Flexible night/weekend hours maximize earnings in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book; growth in commissions starts day one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cuts, fades and color to walk-in and appointment clients.
• Provide consultation to tailor services to client needs and upsell retail where appropriate.
