We provide instant guests, aggressive local marketing, and a clear 8-level career ladder to boost your commissions. A valid barber or cosmo license and night/weekend flexibility are required to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility for peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book to grow commissions from day one.
