GEICO, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Bilingual Auto Claims Specialist in Richardson, TX. You will guide policyholders through their coverage, investigate accident details, collect statements, and help customers return to the road with empathy and care.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Active Adjusters license is preferred and training is provided. This hybrid role combines in-office training with a blend of on-site and off-site work, with generous benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Spanish/English bilingual with excellent communication.
• Experience in high-volume call centers is a plus.

Responsibilities
