Job summary

New Hope Center for Mental Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) to join a growing practice in a part-time role with potential to grow into a full-time caseload. You will provide individual therapy through in-person and telehealth visits, supporting adults (and possibly children/adolescents) with diverse concerns in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active LAC license (New Jersey).
• Experience addressing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief or related concerns preferred.
• Experience with adults and/or children/adolescents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through in-person and telehealth sessions.
• Work with adults and, when appropriate, children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide thoughtful, ethical, and high-quality clinical care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team when appropriate.
