Sport Clips Haircuts is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager at our Upper St. Clair location. Join us to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience while cutting hair daily.

Ideal candidates are experienced stylists or barbers with leadership potential, available for evenings and weekends, and ready to grow into a leadership role in a locally owned, supportive salon setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber License is required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred) is valued.
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.

What We’re Looking For
