Sport Clips, Inc. is seeking a motivated Assistant Salon Manager who is a licensed hairstylist to lead daily salon operations and deliver outstanding client service at our West Chester, PA location.

You will mentor hair stylists, assist with recruiting and onboarding, collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals, stay current with industry trends, and foster a welcoming, team‑oriented environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists team members.
