Sport Clips Haircuts of Tucson – The Landing (next to Oregano’s) is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates are experienced licensed hair stylists, barbers, or cosmetologists who want to grow into leadership while still cutting hair, with evenings and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active AZ Cosmetology or Barber License is required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high‑quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team‑focused salon culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
