Sport Clips Haircuts in Niles, OH is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist looking to grow into leadership while still cutting hair.

You will coach stylists, assist with scheduling and opening/closing duties, uphold salon standards, and foster a welcoming, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active OhioCosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and team development.

Responsibilities
