Sport Clips Haircuts Cocoa is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist aiming to grow a leadership career while still cutting hair.

This role offers hourly pay of $26–$40 with tips, bonuses, and benefits, plus instant clientele, paid time off, health and retirement plans, flexible scheduling, and clear advancement paths

Qualifications

• Active Florida Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as hair stylist or barber; men’s cutting preferred.
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
