Sport Clips, Inc. in Revere, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager who will run the floor alongside the Store Manager, coach stylists, and help manage scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.

You’ll train for a path to Store Manager while also cutting hair and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role offers a base rate of $26–$35 per hour with leadership pay, tips, weekend premiums, and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts cosmetology or barber license is required.
• Experience behind the chair with a track record of strong numbers or the drive to build one.
• Natural leader who helps the team win rather than seeking sole credit.
• Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off, opening/closing and keeping wait times down.
• Coach stylists on MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Lead by example behind the chair and set the standard for the team.
• Train as the next Store Manager and be considered for leadership progression.
