Sport Clips Haircuts of West Caldwell is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ hair salon. The role suits a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys hair cutting, coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

As Salon Manager, you will work on the floor providing haircuts, oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business

Qualifications

• Active NEW JERSEY cosmetology license or barber license is required.
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store setting preferred.
• Love for delivering exceptional haircuts and customer service.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced salon and coach a team.

Sport Clips Haircuts of West Caldwell is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing men's and boys' hair salon. This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys hair cutting, coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

As Salon Manager, you will work on the floor providing haircuts, oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity.

Managers typically earn $35-$50 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses.

Salon Manager requirements
