This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow into leadership while still cutting hair and mentoring others in a friendly, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active NYCosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
