Sport Clips Haircuts in Depew, NY is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role suits an experienced licensed stylist, barber, or cosmetologist looking to grow into leadership while continuing to cut hair.

Responsibilities include coaching stylists, scheduling support, opening/closing tasks, maintaining salon standards, and fostering a welcoming, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active NY Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

What We’re Looking For
