Sport Clips Haircuts in Henderson, NV is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to lead daily salon operations and develop a high-performing team. You will deliver an exceptional client experience while continuing to cut hair when needed.

Ideal candidates are licensed cosmetologists or barber professionals with leadership or mentoring experience. Evening and weekend shifts are required, and the position includes benefits and a clear path for advancement within Sport Clips.

Qualifications

• Active NV Cosmetology or Hair Designer License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Sport Clips Haircuts in Henderson(Cadence Village Center) is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love: cutting hair.
