Job summary

Sport Clips Hilliard South is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the floor with the Store Manager, coach stylists, and drive results toward owning a store. You’ll lead by example behind the chair and help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.

Base pay is $26–$35 per hour, plus leadership pay, tips, weekend premiums, and quarterly bonuses. Paid leadership training and a clear path to store ownership are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience behind the chair with strong numbers or drive to build one.
• Natural leader focused on helping the team win.
• Reliable, organized, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off—opening, closing, and keeping wait times down.
• Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores.
• Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles.
• Set the example behind the chair—you're still cutting and the standard.
