Qualifications

Sport Clips Haircuts in Bristol at the Shoprite Plaza is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.

Not Quite Ready for a Manager role? We've got you covered. We offer a comprehensive Manager-in-Training program. Licensed stylists who are not yet ready for a Salon Management role can apply to our Manager-in-Training program, which provides hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations. We want to be the home for both current and future leaders.
