Sport Clips Haircuts Bedminster is looking for an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.

What We’re Looking For
