Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts in Farmington is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to help run daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed stylist, barber, or cosmetologist aiming to grow into leadership while still cutting hair.

The program offers a Manager-in-Training path for those not ready to manage yet, with hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations.

Qualifications

• Active Utah Cosmetology or Barber License required.
• Experienced hair stylist or barber; men’s cutting preferred.
• Leadership experience in a salon is a plus.
• Commitment to customer service and team development.
• Evenings and weekends availability required.

Responsibilities

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.

This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.

Licensed stylists who are not yet ready for a Salon Management role can apply to our Manager-in-Training program, which provides hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations. We want to be the home for both current and future leaders.

What We’re Looking For

• * Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
