Sport Clips Haircuts in Glastonbury, CT is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist seeking to grow leadership while continuing to cut hair. A Manager-in-Training program is also offered for those not ready for a full manager role.

Qualifications

• Licensed CT cosmetology or barber license.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards

This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.

Not Quite Ready for a Manager role? We've got you covered. We offer a comprehensive Manager-in-Training program. Licensed stylists who are not yet ready for a Salon Management role can apply to our Manager-in-Training program, which provides hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations. We want to be the home for both current and future leaders.
