This role supports the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and staff coaching, while learning multiple practice functions—such as patient care coordination, optical sales, and front desk operations—to build leadership capability for future growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to learn and function across multiple practice positions.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in optical or healthcare customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, patient flow, and team coordination.
• Assist with patient care coordination, optical sales, and service.
• Help with onboarding, training, and coaching reinforcement.
• Serve as the designated practice contact in the Practice Manager’s absence.
