Accelerate Learning Specialist in North Seattle and nearby suburbs seeks a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team. This hybrid role combines direct ABA therapy with indirect duties and supervision, offering pathway hours toward BCBA credentials and structured fieldwork during paid hours.

We prioritize assent-based care, Precision Teaching, and data‑driven progress, with after‑school hours until 6:00 PM and a supportive environment focused on mentorship and work‑life

Qualifications

• Active Washington LABA license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Experience with ABA and Precision Teaching preferred.
• Willingness to work after-school hours until 6:00 PM.
• Commitment to assent-based care and trauma-informed practices.
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle for service area.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy with clients.
• Supervise CBTs and train staff on assent-based practices.
• Develop and adjust BIPs and skill acquisition plans.
• Collect and chart data to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentoring to technicians.
• Conduct fidelity checks and caregiver training.
