Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in ABA or related field and pursuing BCBA certification.
• Licensed assistant behavior analyst in Washington.
• Three ABAI certification courses with verified sequence.
• First Aid and CPR training within 30 days of hiring.
• Background and fingerprinting clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy in clinic, school, and/or home settings.
• Implement ABA procedures from intake to parent training and staff training.
• Work with clients aged infant to young adult with a variety of behaviors.
• Use CentralReach for review of client progress and data-based program updates.
• Develop and timely submit client-specific treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Adhere to billing standards and achieve 90% utilization of all authorized hours/codes monthly.
• Maintain professional conduct per BACB ethical guidelines.
