Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to adults in an acute secure LTSR setting in Bucks County. You will perform initial assessments, complete treatment plans, and meet with a 3-4 resident caseload, while coordinating with staff to obtain additional services.

Flexibility is required with hours, including Saturdays. The role offers supervision toward licensing and CEU/licensing trainings, with a supportive team and compliance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active license preferred or licensed within 6 months with supervision requirements.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapies for adults.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 3–4 residents in an acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments.
• Monthly updates to paperwork, crisis plans, treatment plans, and PHQ9.
• Provide individual, group and family therapies to people with mental health issues.
• Maintain active caseload of 3–4 residents and track treatment plans.
• Enter documentation into electronic medical records per agency guidelines.

PART TIME THERAPIST { FLEXIBLE HOURS BUT SATURDAY IS A MUST}

Position Summary

The therapist will provide individual and group therapy to adults residing in an acute secure LTSR setting. Therapists perform initial assessment, complete treatment plans, meet individually with a caseload of 3-4 residents, run two weekly groups and coordinate with program support staff to identify and secure additional services and resources based on client needs.

Essential Duties and Functions

Therapy

• Conduct intake assessments.
• Monthly updates to paperwork/crisis plans/treatment plans/PHQ9.
• Provide individual, group and family therapies to people with mental health issues.

Caseload management

• Maintain active caseload (3-4 residents) including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment.
• Maintain tracking system for treatment plans, and other required documents to meet program funder guidelines and program goals.
• Participate in clinical group meetings regarding ongoing treatment goals, progress and discharge as needed.

Administrative

• Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines.
