Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects is seeking licensed architects to lead projects, provide project management, and collaborate across educational, industrial, municipal, and commercial sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a professional architecture degree, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams while delivering quality design and documentation.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with state license in Kansas or Missouri.
• 5+ years of architecture experience.
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams from design through construction.
• Create and manage the architectural scope of work and fees.
• Develop project plans including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with team members for effective execution across phases.
• Prepare technical equipment specifications for construction documents.
• Maintain progress, quality control, and project scheduling.
• Coordinate communications to ensure consistent drawings and content.
• Support business development and client relationship activities.
