The role requires developing construction documents and specifications, coordinating with clients and staff across educational, industrial, municipal, and commercial projects, and ensuring quality outcomes. Annual salary range is $70,000.00 - $120,000.00, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architecture.
• Licensed Architect registered in NM, AZ, or TX.
• Experience with industry-standard software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in preparing work plans, budgets, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage architectural scope of work and fees for projects.
• Develop project plans with schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate to execute design and construction across all phases.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to standards.
• Pursue client relationships and contribute to proposals.
• Coordinate communications among design and engineering teams.
