URC Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a Licensed Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead design efforts in Phoenix and surrounding markets. The role emphasizes project delivery, client engagement, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring code compliance while mentoring staff and supporting business development initiatives.

Competenze

• Licensed Architect in Arizona; NCARB certification required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects across various sectors (commercial, institutional, educational, civic).
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction.
