The candidate will develop construction documents, specifications, and manage project scopes with strong organizational skills and adherence to standards. This role emphasizes client coordination and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Experience leading and directing multiple concurrent projects
• Experience in pursuing projects, preparing proposals, and coordinating with marketing

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the architectural scope of work and fee for projects.
• Develop project plans including scheduling, resources, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with team to execute work across design and construction phases.
• Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to standards and procedures.
• Prepare technical equipment specifications for construction documents.
• Develop and monitor progress, quality, schedule, and staffing with project management oversight.
• Coordinate communications among project team to ensure consistent technical content and drawing packages.
• Pursue target opportunities and nurture client relationships.
• Be energetic, positive, and inspire the team.
