Job summary

gpac is partnering with a well-established architecture firm in Columbus to hire a Licensed Architect. You will lead and contribute to projects across healthcare, education, commercial and multi-family, with ownership from design through construction administration.

In this role you will lead project teams from concept through documents and construction administration, coordinate with consultants and clients, produce and review drawings and BIM models in Revit, and mentor junior staff to sustain

Qualifications

• Active RA license (NCARB a plus).
• 5+ years of architectural experience.
• Strong Revit skills.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial and multi-family.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from concept through construction documents and construction administration.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients.
• Produce and review drawings and BIM models in Revit.
• Mentor junior staff and help keep quality standards high.
