Job summary

gpac is recruiting a Licensed Architect to join a well-established architecture firm in Indianapolis. You will lead projects from concept through construction administration, focusing on healthcare, education, commercial and multi-family sectors.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with consultants and clients, and produce BIM models in Revit. A licensed RA with NCARB is preferred; 5+ years of experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RA license required; NCARB a plus.
• 5+ years architectural experience.
• Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, and multi-family projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from concept through construction documents and construction administration.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients.
• Produce and review drawings and BIM models in Revit.
• Mentor junior staff and help keep quality standards high.
