Job summary

gpac is seeking a Licensed Architect to join a well-established architecture firm in Cincinnati. You will lead and contribute on healthcare, education, commercial and multi-family projects, with ownership from design through construction administration.

The role requires an Active RA license, 5+ years of architectural experience, and strong Revit skills. You will coordinate with clients and consultants, mentor staff, and uphold high-quality standards in a collaborative studio setting.

Qualifications

• Active RA license (NCARB a plus).
• 5+ years of architectural experience.
• Strong Revit skills.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial and multi-family.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from concept through construction documents and construction administration.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients.
• Produce and review drawings and BIM models in Revit.
• Mentor junior staff and help keep quality standards high.
