Job summary

Alliiance in Minneapolis seeks an Architect to join our multi-studio design practice. You will collaborate with designers and managers, develop project documents, and contribute to design concepts across aviation, science, workplace, and public studios.

Hybrid work with minimum two days in-office. The ideal candidate holds a professional degree in architecture, is licensed, and brings 6+ years of experience with Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed and experience of 6 yrs to 10 + years.
• Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD; competence in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and sound architectural principles knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the project’s designer and manager and other team members.
• Assists in developing project documents during design, bidding, and construction phases.
• Assists in developing design concepts and details.
• Assists with project presentations to the client and others as required.
• Meets established project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinates with the construction team daily during construction phase.
• Participates in firm-sponsored training and professional development activities.
• Collaborates with team members and stakeholders through flexible work arrangements.
