• Assist with policy changes, payments, and general account support.

• Identify coverage gaps and educate clients on additional protection options.
• Provide high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
• Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Assist the sales team with client follow-up and administrative support.
