HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking a Licensed or Pre-Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor for a newly established adult treatment program in Martin County, South Central Minnesota. The role involves working in a residential setting with up to five clients per day in 1:1 and group sessions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree with MN licensure eligibility; newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; eligible for Minnesota licensure or registration.
• Ability to obtain MN Licensure; newly licensed individuals encouraged to apply.
• Pre-licensed candidates will be offered supervision and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with five clients per day in 1:1 sessions and group sessions.
• Provide substance abuse recovery services in a residential setting for a minimum of 60 days.
• Join a two-clinician team with ongoing expansion and opportunities for growth.
• Remote supervision will be provided to LDAC/LADC-T staff.

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Licensed or Pre-Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, LDAC, LADC-T for an opportunity to join a newly established adult treatment program in Martin County – South Central Minnesota. LADC will enjoy working in the picturesque region known as the City of Lakes amid a chain of five lakes, offering excellent fishing, boating, snowmobiling, and impressive views.

• LADC works Monday – Friday 8-4 PM, No call
• LADC will join an evidence-based program offering integrated care
• LADC provides care for individuals for primarily with substance abuse disorders and co-occurring diagnosis
• LADC will join a team of two clinicians, and a team that is continuing to expand; growth opportunities
• LADC works with five clients per day for 1;1 session and group sessions
• LADC provides substance abuse recovery services for males in the residential setting for a minimum of 60 days
• LADC will join a stable organization that is primarily state funded
• LADC will enjoy a relaxed group of professionals dedicated to the highest quality of recovery services
• LADC-T will receive remote supervision

Drug and Alcohol Counselor, LDAC, LAC, LADC-T Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Independent Licensure or Registration with Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy
• Ability to obtain MN Licensure
• Ability to be adaptable to a new program
• Newly Licensed Individuals are encouraged to apply
