Job summary

Alarm New England in South of Boston is seeking a Licensed Alarm Installer/Technician to install and service security systems and educate customers. This full-time role requires MA licensing and a valid driver’s license, with a company vehicle, training, and growth opportunities.

You will gain experience with Burglar, Fire, Networked Video, and Access Control systems, while delivering excellent customer service and participating in on-call rotations after training.

Qualifications

• Currently Licensed Alarm Installer (Massachusetts).
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems to code.
• Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
• Teach and train customers.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate truck inventory and parts knowledge.
• Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
• Be on-call rotation after training.
• Attend and complete company training programs.
• Perform work safely and follow safety standards.
• Assist customers by recommending solutions.
• Understand EOS Operating Principles and apply them.
