Job summary

Alarm New England is seeking a Connecticut or Massachusetts Licensed Alarm Installer/Technician to install and service alarm systems in CT/MA. You will learn the latest smart security technologies and participate in ongoing company training.

Qualifications

Licensed alarm installer certification or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Excellent communication with clients and team

Responsibilities

Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems to code.
Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
Teach and train customers.
Deliver a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate truck inventory and knowledge of parts and descriptions.
Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
Be on-call rotation once training is complete.
Attend and complete company training programs as required.
Perform work safely and adhere to safety standards.
Educate customers on products and recommend solutions as needed.
